"Lead the way" es el nombre del primer sencillo de Carlos Jean que surge de su 'Plan B'. Han colaborado en la canción Mónica Vázquez “Electric Nana” (voz), Juan Pedro Pimentel (guitarra), David Otero ”El Pescao” (guitarra), Antonio Ferrara (voz), José Luis Martín Rodríguez ”Macadamia” (rap y beat box).

“La música no está en crisis, sólo necesita un Plan B”.



Videoclip del "making of" de Lead the way donde podemos ver a todos los artistas que han colaborado en la canción.

El Plan B lo anunció Carlos Jean en agosto del 2010 coincidiendo con la Campus Party de Valencia.

Este proyecto se lleva a cabo con el apoyo de Ballantines.

Carlos Jean crea una base descargable desde su web y a partir de ahí, la gente envía su aportación musical, ya sea cantando o tocando algún instrumento musical.
